I have two questions: What the heck is going on with this most recent update version (21.4.6.565), and how can I roll back to the previous version that *worked* (21.4.5.428)? This *cannot* be right, given the frequency and quantity of found issues with the previous (and all other previous) versions. No matter how much work I do, or internet searches conducted in the preceding hours or days, it finds no issues to be cleaned. Now, every time I run "All-in-One PC Cleanup", it doesn't find *any* issues. Several days ago, I accepted the "there are Norton Utilities Premium updates" notification and it updated to version 21.4.6.565. It found and I cleaned 'Browser cache files', 'Temporary files', 'Log files', etc, under the Internet, Windows, and Other headings. I have Norton Utilities Premium and most recently was running version 21.4.5.428 - it worked fine and found/cleared all sorts of issues on a regular basis, every time I used it and ran "All-in-One PC Cleanup".
